导师简介：
袁志林，男，1979年9月出生，籍贯苏州，森林保护学专业，博士，研究员。以第一作者（或通讯）发表SCI论文25篇，CSCD论文11篇、授权专利6件；应邀在The Mycota菌物学专著上撰写章节1篇；2014年获得第四届中国林业科学研究院杰出青年称号、2016年荣为浙江省151人才工程第二层次培养人员、2017年获得第十四届中国林业青年科技奖、2018年入围国家林业和草原局“百千万人才工程”省部级人选、2020年入选浙江省万人计划科技创新领军人才。主持国家自然科学基金优秀青年项目“森林土壤微生物”，国家自然科学基金青年项目、面上项目、国家林业局948项目、留学回国人员科技活动项目，浙江省科技厅公益技术研究农业项目等。
林木遗传育种国家重点实验室青年PI。兼任中国林学会青年工作委员会常务委员、中国土壤学会森林土壤专业委员会委员、《南京林业大学学报（自然科学版）》青年编委、浙江省微生物学会青年理事、浙江省林学会理事。应邀担任美国国家地理学会项目同行评审专家、Frontiers in Microbiology期刊客座编辑、植物-真菌共生小型讨论会的发起者与组织者。
